Our Vision

Seattle Pacific Construction Inc. was founded by General Contractor and Manager Partner, Eustasio Cruz & Co-founding Partner, Director of all Business Operations,  Flor Cruz. Together they developed S.P.C from its grassroots family foundation since 2006. Their team vision has manifested into reality with the enormous company growths to include expansion of thirteen company vans, continued growth of Staff and Trade Certified and experienced work crews due to SPC client's bidders lists and additional contracted requests in the Seattle and outlining communities. We thank the many additional professionals who have consistently assisted our company needs for twelve years to include our Accounting Firm, Insurance Company and L&I Safety Training teams. Note our employee and management team continues to grow!
